USB Problem

I have problems when I connect a camera or any other
equipment to port USB of my PC. My PC is a midtower HP
pavillion 511n with Microsoft XP home edition. The
problem is that when I connect an equipment it recognizes
the equipment but it cases out them that it
presents/displays cannot open them so that does not
recognize it. It already dowload Service Package I and it
installs it but it did not give result. Please if
possible some form to solve this problem sent me mail.

I don't understand your phrase "cases out them". Please explain.
