I insert a CF with no partition in my SanDisk reader. I
then write the partition data to the disk by using
CreateFile and opening the disk as a PhysicalDisk. Unless
I reboot, XP will overwrite the partition when I format
the disk. If I reboot, then format, the partition is
untouched. Anybody know how to get around rebooting?
