we bought the home edition full windows xp,because we had
professionals tell us it would work on our computer,and it
does not on my pc, so we want to sell it and get some of
our money back,but since you register it right away in our
name,how can we sell it to someone else,can we unregister
it? please answer at ,we can not use
it at all not enough memory or disk space,so I already
quick restored at went back to windows 98 and boy are we
happy what a mess.

Once you open software your pretty much stuck with it and
and you could maybe get your friend to give you something for it
but that's something your not suppose to do, reselling open

What kind of professionals. If it was a retail store I would go back and
raise hell with the store manager.

Since it is a retail version you may sell it. Be sure to include the Product
Key, as well as other documentation that came with it. The new owner may
have to activate it by phone since it was installed on your machine, but
that is no problem. Be sure you tell the new owner this, and that they may
have to explain this to Microsoft when they activate. This is covered in the
EULA and is legal.
