Recently we got the Cox cable high speed internet (of
course cable) within the past couple of weeks, we have
been having a hard time getting on the internet. We get
the can not connect page. And when we do get on, after we
get off the internet we get this message IEXPLORE.EXE
Application error. The instruction at "0x01373788"
referenced memory at "0x01373788". The memory could not
be read. Click on OK to terminate this program.
We are currently at our wits end. I called the cable
company and they told us it was a problem with our
computer and in specific internet explorer. Can someone
please help us?
