Run time error

Hi,

Keep getting a run time error? Do you wish to debug? I try and go their as
become very concerned as it is to do with programming! I do not have that
training. Gives me an options of a break and forget the other items. Once
I am in the program I have to escape by ending the program. How can I get a
program from Microsoft of their program to get this repaired? It seems that
there are allot of error at many lines.

What are you doing when you get this error?
Is it when you enter a site in IE?
What is the full error message?
