Multimedia Keyboards

IS there an issue with the Multi Media keyboards as I had
to reinstalled windows xp and left the multimedia
keyboard plugged in - and it installed ok without the
additional drivers that come with the keybaord....but now
the computer keeps re-booting once past the POST?!

Do I need to install the software before I plug in the
keyboard?!

Any ideas woudl be most grateful.

I had some Logitech keyboard software (new) that was causing a lot of
similiar problems.. Best thing with XP is to NOT install any manufacturers
software until you see if what XP provides is enough to keep you happy with
your keyboard, mouse or whatever you bought..
