reformatting my comp

If you find your product key and it has OEM on it then you
need to contact the people you bought the pc or software
from as i found out today when contacting Microsoft. But
lucky for me there is a sticker with the number on the
bottom of the laptop.

Just a thought anyway let us know how you get on.
