I've replace the motherboard, video card, new case, pwr
supply, and ram (w/512 PC 2700 ddr) of an Hp Athlon but
now the system is asking for Administrators pass code.
What do I do? A local computer store tells me that
after you do extensive changes to your system it either
requires entry of admin pass code or total reload of
operating system. They told me contact Microsoft for
code, What should I do?

"Administrators pass code"?
Where do you see this request.
You can change anything and everything and Windows will not come up
with that.

However your motherboard may have a BIOS password.
If that is the case, check the manual or contact the motherboard
seller/manufacturer.

No way should your changing your hardware force you to have to use
your administrator account to access the OS. Your computer may need
you to contact MS to re-activate your OS after that massive of a hw
change, but that's different from having to access your adminstrator
account.
