my son has been given a pc with windows 2ooo professional
but it is the chinese version and i cant gain access to
the pc. be glad of any help.

Hi,

Unless you want it to stay in chinese, you will need to format and clean =
install your preferred language version. You cannot simply switch the =
base OS language any other way.
