computer shuts down on its own

when it does this it tells me that I need to uninstall any
new hardware or software that I have put into the computer
lately but I have not put anything in new

This could be a fault or bug within the drivers or something could be wrong
with your existing hardware.
Check your device manager for any hardware that has an (!) icon and
reinstall it.
