AutoPlay icon doesn't appear

How come when I burn a CD with autorun.ini:

[autorun]
open=autorun.exe
icon=autorun.ico,0

the 16x16(16 color) icon doesn't appear at all in Windows
Explorer? My computer will display correctly other store
bought CDs and their autorun icon in WinExplorer...

The autorun file name should be autorun.inf (not autorun.ini)
