Language bar won't go away?

I have the "EN" language bar next to my System Tray. If I right click
Taskbar and untick it it goes away but when I restart Windows it's back!
How do I get rid of it?

Remove any extra language sets you have installed other than the one you
use. Now it should have no reason to be there so it shouldnt appear.

HI Kenny,

The edit on line 194 (right hand side) stops the Language Bar from appearing
