Brief Discription: See below OS description:

From the beginning, I have had a problem with the CD. I
always receive the following error message:

Direct CD 5.1_E3c

First two user accounts in Windows XP Pro were set up by
internet service provider.

In total, there are three user accounts.

All users have adniistrative priviledges.

When the first installed user logs on the aforementioned
error message does not appear.

The error message does not appear if either of the second
or third account holders logs on alone or together.

The error message only appears when the first account
holder has logged on and either or both the second or
third account holder(s) log on.

The message only appears when the second or thirs user(s)
Log on , never with first account holder.

The CD RW still works for all account holders regardless
who is logged on.

I have searched knowledge base of Microsoft and Dell but
have no solution. I am a Novice and do not know how to
fiddle with the device drivers. That said I have used
the device manager troubleshooter to no avail - no
solution.

The only problem seems to be the computer crash when
playing Viper Racing from Sierra Games.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

PS. First account holder runs SETI@HOME SCREEN SAVER.
All others standard SS that came with OS.

Thanks Paul
