I cannot get my computer to see some CD's with data on
them! I am very puzzled that my computer does not see some
CD's with data on them! The computer "sees" the data on
some CD's but it will not "see" the data on
some "programs" such as adobe go Live5 or other "Programs"
that I am trying to install!! It simple tells me to
install a disk! It "sees" Windows programs such
as "98", "ME" or "XP" and all data that I back-up on CD's.
Space on the drive is not the problem.

I Dowmloaded a test copy of Adobe 6. This copy already
on "disk", worked just fine...but it expired!!!

Another problem I have is, that my Operating System is
Windows ME. I cannot get "ME" to work with the"XP" System.

Any help would be appreciated!

Lets address the "cannot get ME to work with XP" problem.
You do realise that both ME and XP are operating systems and as such =
cannot coexist on the same partition and as operating systems they run =
programs not each other???
You have a choice of operating systems...ME or XP
If you computer meets the requirements of XP then you can install XP,if =
on the other hand it does not meet those requirements you need to stay =
with XP.
