You can set the size of virtual memory, but every time you
reboot the files are deleted. When you close a program the
files in virtual memory also are purged.
You can reduce the size of the allowed/ reserved space for
both temporary internet files, Internet
Explorer/Tools/Internet Options>see the settings tab in
middle of window.
Use device manager to reduce the size allotted to virtual
memory to 50 MB Windows managed.

Leave your virtual memory alone.
What do you mean by 9%? 9% of what? I can guess but that is not the way =
problems are resolved!
How good is your housekeeping?
1. In Outlook Express empty your Deleted Items folder.
2. In Outlook Express run File, Folder, Compact All whilst OFFLINE.
3. Run Disk Cleanup. Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk =
Cleanup.
How large is your hard disk and how much free space after completing =
these tasks? How much ram memory?

Hope this helps.
