i need help with display or vid card /monitor it seems
everytime i boot up the monitor is geting 4 startup
changes going from standard to pci graphics and it locks
out all monitor controls and screen goes black right
before entering xp .what led up to possibly doing this is
i had an old p2 350 that i wanted to redo and bring on
trip i had used this monitor to get display while redoing
98se on old machine ,when i boot up and scan disk is ran
i see crosslinked files some have been trncated whatever
that means . i can acces xp only in safe vga mode and
if i change display settings it locks me out back to
black screen and solid monitor lights any help with this
would greatly be appreciated this is a 2 month old
machine im still paying for and im getting frustrated
