Flyout menu take 5 seconds to appear.

Is there any way to change the time it takes for the
flyout menu to appear after you place your mouse over it ,

Try the settings in TWEAKUI.EXE > Mouse > Hover. TweakUI is available
from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
