Every time I scan for Window Updates, I get 5 updates
that already have been successfully installed. This
figures seems to go up almost every time I update. I have
tried to use the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article #319109
(Method 2) that tells me to delete the registry key under
SP1 and then reinstall the update. However, the only key
under SP1 is #Q324720 which is not listed in my history
of successful installations. I checked under SP2 and
there are listed 2 of my successful installations
(#817287 and #815485). The other 3 (#816093, #814078 and
331953) are not listed anywhere.

Can you help me with this most aggravating problem?
