Sometimes when I attempt to access an e-mail address; the
following window appears with"DLL" in the upper-left-hand
corner:"C:\Program Files\MSN\MSN\Shared
Files\MAILMAPI.DLL" preventing me to send the e-mail - I
would certainly appreciate anyone advising me as to how
to correct this problem ASAP. thanks, jm
