XP pro have 114 Gig hard drive allocared 55 Gig for
systems - left 59 Gig for logical vidio drive use.
System setup - no way to get unalocated space active -
used disk management - keep getting - event properties -ID
3 user NT ATHORITY\SYSTEM - SOURCE: NProtect services
tried restarting - no luck - no Fdisk - help!

You might want to invest in some REAL partition management software, like
Partition Magic (http://www.partitionmagic.com/). There are freeware
versions as well, like Ranish (http://www.ranish.com) and shareware
versions, like BootIt NG (http://www.terabyteunlimited.com). These
utilities can work OUTSIDE the Windows environment (usually via bootable
floppy), have MUCH more features, like create, resize, move, delete, convert
file-system type, etc., well worth the money. The XP file management is
VERY basic and limited. You can also run into access conflicts if the
partition(s) are being actively used. By running your partition manager
OUTSIDE Windows, you avoid a lot of these problems.
