Look at any genuine CD's you have and look at their Autorun.ini !!

Create a file called autorun.inf at the root of the CD. Have the following
three lines in that file:
[autorun]
open=startup.exe
icon=iconfile.ico
'open' entry specifies the executable that should be run when the CD is
inserted, while 'icon' (optional entry) specifies the icon for the CD drive
when your CD is put in it.
There are some more options available though, in addition to the basic
'open' & 'icon'.

Forgot to mention: Make sure the file you specify for 'open' and 'icon' are
in the CD itself. They could be in the root folder of the CD itself (where
autorun.inf resides).

Use the instructions shown on this page. They are a bit outdated but still
work for windows beyond 95 and NT4. Also it doesnt need to apply to a visual
fox program.
