Dear Expert,
This is very frustrating. I have just purchased a new
computer and it was working fine. THe computer is no more
than 3 days old and the DVD Drive is not working. It was
recognizing the drive only a day ago and now it says that
the drive is disabled. I went to my drive manager and
tried to enable it, but then a window opens saying that
the computer was unable to enable it! What do i do, it is
a brand new drive and is not working!
Sincerely,
Kris Bhatt

Hi, Kris.

Could a cable or something have come loose in shipping?
