In 99% of all cases of people having sound problems it is the result of the
Sound System being Misconfigured.
So, do the following::
1. Click the Sound Icon in your System Tray
2. Select Options/Properties
3.MAKE SURE THE MICROPHONE IS NOT CHECKED IN THE PLAYBACK MODE.
4. Select the Recording mode and make sure the Microphone IS CHECK
This will solve 99% of all sound problems, of course make sure you do have
the volume set to sufficient lever to hear.
