I have an ASUS dual processor motherboard, while watching
the "windows task manager" display window not a single
application usses more than 50% of the processor
resources. It does split the processing between the 2
chips but never mor than 50% each, or 100% on one and 0%
on the other. Why won't it max out both chips?
