I have tried many times to install the D-Link DWL-520+ card in XP Pro. The
card is recognized, and the add hardware process starts. However the
process ends with the following screen:
"There was a problem installing this hardware
This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
I have installed the software first, the installed the card. I have tried
different PCI slots. I have reinstalled windows. I tried changing the
permissions.
How do I make the Code 10 go away so I can use this card?
