WIN XP PRO

While installing WIN XP PRO I recieved the following
message"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be
located in the dynamic link libraray MSDART.DLL" I called
Microsoft and the tech walked me through the rest of the
set up which turned out well. I also decided to download
Tweak Ui Power toys and when trying to install it I got
the same message and could not proceed to installation.
Does any one have an answer for this problem? The tech I
talked to said he did not know what the messge meant but
he was very helpful. He does not know about this problem.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. JJB

This maessage is received when you try to install the TweakUI for Windows XP
SP1 on a non-SP1 machine. You can download the tweakUI for non-SP1 machines
from this URL:
