How do I get the file address to appear at the top of the
screen in Windows Exp the way it does in Internet Exp.
Tried View-Toolbars-Address, but this only added the word
Address to the bar.

In the explorer window:
Click >Tools>Folder Options
In the Folder Options Window select the VIEW tab
Make sure that the box next to 'Display the full path in the address bar' is ticked
