scrolling

How can i get the scrolling appearance to stop looking
like it is floating and just scroll normally?

Visit the website of the manufacturer of your computer
or video card and download/install the appropriate Windows XP
drivers.

Afterward, right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Setting and adjust your Screen Resolution
settings, then select "Highest (32 bit) Color Quality setting,
and click "apply".
