I purchased a new pc loaded with windows xp & Duxbury
external USB ISDN TA 128K modem.

When I try to load driver for usb isdn ta modem stallation
drivers, utility & bundled application software programs
the systems says; "Cannot install isdn isb ta. The third
party inf does not contain digital signature information."
Should you continue to load system may become unstable etc

I checked with my service provider and they told me that I
don't need to worry about this and could just install.

thanks in anticipation.

What they said is so: it generally means that the drivers have not received
the Microsoft seal of approval. Microsoft charges for this testing service,
and many vendors cannot afford it and so the XP drivers lack the digital
signature. In practice it hardly matters (usually).

Your service provider is correct. Just ignore the message about dig sigs
and tell it to install.
