cd rom

I can use the cd rom when loggeg in as admin but when i
have a standard user logged in she does not see it. i
have given her local admin rights and this still does not
help. I have also changed the cd rom registry setting
from 0 to 1 that allows only local users to use it, still
no joy.

Any help would be great.
