I have a problem regarding the wireless Microsoft
Bluetooth mouse. It recently ran out of batteries and
even though I have inserted brand new ones my computer
(which runs XP) still refuses to recognise this. My mouse
is simply just dead! I have even several times tried to
uninstall and reinstall the intillimouse software, but
nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help please?

Cheers,
Ulrik

There is usually a button on the mouse and/or the receiver
that you have to press to activate it again.

I'm not familiar with the Bluetooth mouse but if it's anything like the
Microsoft Wireless Multimedia desktop kit, there should be a largish button
on the receiver. Press it and while the receiver's lights are flashing,
press the "Connect" button on the mouse.
