Accessibility Problem (WIndows XP)

I had recently made my Documents directory (Owner) as
private. It worked fine for a while but the other day
when I logged in as Owner I was denied access to the My
Documents directory.

I started Windows in Safe Mode and was able to view the
files when I logged in as the Administrator but I cannot
view tham when I log in as the Owner.

Go through and allow all users / groups full control on your my documents,
then try setting up the security for each user/group again. You have to
remember that restricted permissions take priority over allowed permissions.
Also think about the title of the user / group that you are setting up and
which users will be affected by it before you click apply and move on to the
next.
