I don't know if this is the right discussion group to
post in. However I am having a problem with creating a
limited user account in XP Home Edition and then setting
up Internet Explorer to be used by the limited account. I
clicked on in the center screen with right mouse and
create shortcut for IE. In target I put the
path "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE

and in start in put %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%
and yet still get no IE when I doubleclick on it does not
launch.
