Hi Chappys,
Does any clever type out there know how to access the
DMA settings for a drive on a RAID channel.
I have an HPT370 RAID controller (which came built
into my Epox kta3a motherboard) which effectively gives
two more UDMA/ATA 100 IDE channels. I would have though
that, much as you open up the properties for each IDE
channel in the main IDE controllers in the Device Manager
to access the DMA setting for main IDE channels, you
would be able to access the setting through the SCSI and
RAID Controllers group in the Device Manager. But there
is nothing relating to DMA in there.
Any advice.
