Hi,
I have winXP and a Sony digital camcorder (DCR TRV25E). It's installed
(Plug & Play + a driver from Sony) and transfers images fine. The
problem is that most of the time the Scanner and Camera Wizard doesn't
open when the camera is connected to the USB and switched on - most of
the time only a file explorer window opens. Most, but not all of the
time - sometimes the wizard does open.
Is there some way to make sure it opens every time? Or none at all?
