MY LCD is only 15" inches, when im at home i want to use my 17" monitor, i know how to extend my desktop in the settings to the 2nd monitor, BUT i simply want to use it as a clone of my primary monitor, and run programs on it. The problem is many games, wh
ile they run on my 15"LCD, dont allow themselves to be dragged onto the extended desktop like some programs do, i.e. internet explorer, or ms word. I have a compaq presario 900 series laptop, with a mobility U1 ATI card, with 1.5 GHZ, and 500+MB of RAM.
Simply put i want to make the external a primary while im at home, but in the properties/settings tab that option is in a lighter corlored grey text and wont allow me to switch them, any thoughts>?
