Problem Printing

I cannot print from my HP laptop running XP Home. When I
try pritining in word or excel, the program crashes. The
pritners is a networked Xerox Phaser 8200DP. other
computers on the network can print to the printer

Go to microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax. Look for posts by Cari with
detailed instructions for deinstalling/reinstalling printers.
