Remotle Change Networksettings

Hi all,

I'm using Windows XP in a domain environment and we changed our WINS-server
to a new one! Now i want to change the WINS settings on all our static PC's
(accross Europe) without troubling the user to log off.
We can use VNC or RDP to do this but isn't there an easier way? Registry
tweak, small script, ....

Any help and or comments are welcome!!
