I logged into my account on xp pro and moved excel, pp,
word, outlook, pub., from the start>all programs>microsoft
office to my desktop. When my wife loggs into her account
she can't access or even find the programs. How do I
restore back to the start>all programs>microsoft office or
how do I set her up to a shortcut to these programs?

Goto "C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\desktop" in windows explorer
and copy the shortcuts to the office programs from there and paste them to
"C:\Documents and Settings\<your wife's username>\desktop"
