Elibrium business Publisher software

Bought label and sign software above. loaded fine on
office pc w/ xp home edition.
got brand new dell dimension 2350. Now when I try to
load, program loads then locks up. when I end task, eror
message "remote procedure call failed" appears. Software
shows as being loaded in control panel but there is no
icon and can't access. Dells "award winning" tech support
gave up. Help!

Not sure how helpful this will be but if Dell is unable to help with this
program, perhaps the software company can?
