Kelly the lexmark x75 hater
December 7th 03, 12:11 AM
I have recently purchased new Dell 4550 dimension computer
with Lexmark X75 all in one when installed it
intermittently had problems with printing only, the
scanner & copier worked great, 2weeks ago for no apparent
reason my computer would not allow me to open "All In One
Centre" from any access point (desktop, prog file etc) the
message is lxbbaiou.exe failed to intialise click to
terminate program error code 0xc0000034, no-one has access
to my computer but me, i did not alter the software in any
way at all i have uninstalled, re-installed downloaded
upgrade, downloaded zip un-install software and have spent
more hours than i care to remember trying to solve the
problem, my system restore will not restore any previous
checkpoints, i have ran all the diagnostics available to
me, Lexmark once contacted were totally lacking in any
real knowledge about the time of day let alone their
products the "expert" was not even aware of certain repair
diagnostic measure i had already taken and after about 1hr
of rebooting she finally gave up and informed me its not a
problem with their product it must be a Dell problem? Dell
say no, Microsoft say no, so i've now gone straight to the
mechanics bypassing the oily rags, please for the survival
of my sanity help me, i cannot sleep, eat or function
normally until i resolve this stupid problem which for
once is not user error.
BLESS ALL OF YOU (unless you cannot help me)
