I have a Jornado 560 series which I was happily able to
synchronise via a cradle with my laptop and XP. Now
every time I try to connect it states that it does not
recognise the USB device. Have tried with a new cable
and the same. Have tried with a colleagues computer and
we can get it to sychronise using serial port but not
USB. Anyone have any ideas.
