My brother has been having alot of troubles with MSN
Messenger. At first we were able to hold an audio/video
conference together. Now it has come down to when he
tries either audio or video his system or screen freezes
up. I have tried all I can in helping him out and have
even asked for all things that happen when he does things
but he is stubborn, maybe like me, and tries it on his
own and never gets anywhere. I know he has un-installed
it and the re-installed it and it does not make a
difference. I know my brother, he has all the up to date
fixes and has the newest computer, no matter what the
cost. I know I am being very vaige about his troubles but
if anyone has anything that I may have him try, please
let me know. Thank you.
