HI
Have you defragged the system recently?? That might be
the cause of it cause I know my pc does it to me...I
swear as a reminder to defrag it.
If you don't know what to do here is what you should do...
Notes
To open Disk Defragmenter, click Start, point to All
Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools,
and then click Disk Defragmenter.
For information about using Disk Defragmenter, on the
Action menu, click Help.
It takes a little while - several hours infact so do it
either overnight or sometime when you can leave the pc
alone for a while
