cant use audio - behind firewall

Hello, I just purchased a linksys wireless router and the
pci wireless network adapter card, everything is working
fine except for me being able to use msn audio service,
most places ive gone to for help have convinced me its
because im behind a firewall, and linksys site says theres
no way to turn off the firewall, and i havnt found a way
to get around this even by port fowarding and or
triggering and such, however i may not have tried all
solutions .. :/

if anyone has ANY suggestions please please tell me,
