pop-ups

The best popup stopper I have found is at Panicware. They
have pay versions but also have a free one. :-) I haven't
found anything within XP itself, but this one is really
good. If you do want to open a new window, hold down CTRL
while you open your new window. A little icon sits in the
taskbar and usually flashes when a pop-up is stopped. :-)
