Irritate Internet Explorer problem

Dear Microsoft,
I bought a new Compact PC with Window XP about 2 months
ago. Since then, everytime I use internet, The Internet
Explorer Error massage box keeps pop up with option of
Report to Microsoft or don't report. In either cases I
responded to. The whole screen disappeared, and I had to
restart the Internet Explorer again, and again, and again.
Can you tell me what happen to this Internet Explorer for
Window Xp and how can I fix it?

try going to tools> internet options> and select the advanced tab. Now
search thru the green boxes until you find one about reporting errors etc.
unselect it (them) click okay and try IE again.
