system has completley crashed on several occasions
message i get is windows cannot start because windows
system32 is missing or corrupt ,reinstalled for about 2or
3 days then crashes again any ideas why it happens ,is it
the os or the pc itself

Would that be system32.exe? If so, you have a worm.
