following TWO suggestions from another person (thank
you!) that posted and it worked immediately. Here are the
two suggestions:

Since I have seen many complaints on this forum re slow
downs, etc. I am SURE it is a known issue which Microsoft
has not mentioned yet!
Good luck! Oh, the "FIX" FILE url SEEMS to have almost
two identical files. I think I just clicked on the one
that had a few more bytes. Let me know if you can tell
any more info about them. Anyway....it WORKED! Good luck.
