Sleep Mode Problem

When my computer goes into the sleep mode I loose my
mouse control when I want to start up again. Nothing I
do will allow me to get the computer operating again.
The only way I can get the computer operating again is to
kill the power and turn it on again. It will than work
fine.

I have run through the mouse troubleshooting guide and it
says the device is working properly. Don't know where
to go from here. Please advise.

Check your ACPI settings in BIOS. If Wake On Mouse is disabled,
enable it. You might also want to check to see if Wake On Keyboard
is enabled. Come to think of it, you better check all settings in BIOS
Power Management.
